With entrepreneurial foresight and leadership strength, you will lead the cooperative into the future. As Director, you bear overall responsibility for operational and economic development and implement the corporate strategy in close collaboration with the Board of Directors. You will further develop the life insurance and pension offerings with regard to the needs of the target group and create impulses for new services. Your responsibilities also include overarching financial management as well as ensuring an effective risk, compliance, and control environment in cooperation with internal and external specialists. Furthermore, you will lead and develop the organisation, drive digitalisation and process optimisation, and represent the cooperative to relevant stakeholders. entrepreneurial insurance understanding
You bring several years of leadership and management experience from the insurance, pension, or financial services sector and have a good understanding of the life insurance and pension business. Experience in corporate management as well as a solid understanding of regulatory frameworks are prerequisites. You think entrepreneurially and strategically, recognise development opportunities, and implement them pragmatically. Decisiveness, integrity, strong communication skills in German, and an appreciative leadership style characterise you.
