The customer is at the centre of your attention.
You are the contact person for the customers of Groupe E. In a rapidly developing specialist field, you competently and confidently answer enquiries by phone from Monday to Friday between 07:30 and 17:30 or efficiently handle back-office tasks. Using modern communication tools, you independently manage simple customer-oriented processes. You take customers’ concerns very seriously, quickly recognise their needs, and delight your customers with your professional advice and communication.
Your expertise excites us
- Strong communication skills and enjoyment of customer contact
- Precise and independent working as well as good written expression
- Native German speaker; with good knowledge of French, both spoken and written
- Very good knowledge of MS Office
