Your tasks in detail
- Independent management of an exciting commercial portfolio of institutional owners
- Professional leadership of assistants
- Representation of ownership towards tenants, authorities, and service providers
- Management of the entire rental process from termination to re-letting
- Planning, coordination, and implementation of rental activities
- Ensuring structural maintenance as well as organizing maintenance and renovation measures
- Development and responsibility for property budgets and forecasts
- Preparation of reports, condition analyses, and decision-making bases for owners
Your profile
- Commercial basic training as well as a federal specialist certificate in property management
- Several years of professional experience in property management in the commercial property sector
- Confident German language skills, both spoken and written
- You are decisive, flexible, and set clear priorities
- Even as a real estate professional, you enjoy taking on new challenges
