• Independent management of an exciting commercial portfolio of institutional owners
• Professional leadership of assistants
• Representation of ownership towards tenants, authorities, and service providers
• Management of the entire rental process from termination to re-letting
• Planning, coordination, and implementation of rental activities
• Ensuring structural maintenance as well as organizing maintenance and renovation measures
• Development and responsibility for property budgets and forecasts
• Preparation of reports, condition analyses, and decision-making bases for owners

• Commercial basic training as well as a federal specialist certificate in property management
• Several years of professional experience in property management in the commercial property sector
• Confident German language skills, both spoken and written
• You are decisive, flexible, and set clear priorities
• Even as a real estate professional, you enjoy taking on new challenges
