What to expect
- Build instead of just watching: You develop, manufacture, and test electronic systems - from the first idea to the finished product.
- Bring circuits & prototypes to life: You build, wire, and programme circuits, microcontrollers, and test systems. You will learn how components become functioning technology.
- Precision matters: You use modern measuring and testing technology as well as CAD software to create circuit diagrams and 3D models.
- Craftsmanship skills: You populate, assemble, and solder circuit boards - carefully and with great dexterity.
- Strong foundation: In the first two years of apprenticeship, you will build your knowledge at the ICT Vocational Training Centre AG - a strong basis for your professional future.
What you bring
- Good performance in secondary school (especially mathematics and natural sciences), level Sec
- Technical understanding as well as interest in electronics, technology, and computer science
- Manual dexterity, accuracy, and enjoyment of tinkering
- Willingness to learn, team spirit, and reliability
- Good German skills in spoken and written form, English skills are an advantage
