Negishi Urban Sushi, an innovative food concept by the Wiesner Gastronomie AG family, was launched in 2006 and has since secured a firm place in the hearts of sushi lovers. With a variety of creative sushi creations – from classic to vegetarian variations – the restaurant delights a wide range of guests. The venue is located in the modern trendy district "The Circle" directly at Zurich Airport and offers 100 seats indoors as well as an additional 50 seats outdoors.

To complement our warm and well-coordinated team, we are looking immediately or by arrangement for a motivated

Kitchen Assistant (m/f) 60-80%

Your versatile tasks:

• Cleaning the kitchen and washing the dishes 🧽

• Supporting preparation tasks in the kitchen 🍳

• Adhering to all hygiene guidelines and quality standards ✅

• Maintaining order in storerooms and kitchen 🗄️

• Supporting the provision of mise en place for lunch and dinner service 🍴

Your talents & experience:

• Several years of experience in the kitchen 👨 🍳

• Good spoken German skills 🗣️

• You work cleanly and precisely ✨

• A hands-on mentality is one of your strengths 🛠️

• Helpfulness and team spirit characterise you 🤝
