Property Manager (60–100%) – m/f

Some of your tasks:

• Independent management of residential and commercial properties
• Organisation and execution of apartment inspections and handovers
• Handling of damage cases
• Completion of administrative tasks in property management
• Contact person for tenants, owners, craftsmen, caretakers and other external partners
• Planning, coordination and supervision of maintenance and renovation work

• Professional experience in property management
• Completed commercial basic training, ideally supplemented by further education in the real estate sector
• High communication, social and self-competence
• Networked thinking and the ability to think outside the box
• Resilience, motivation and openness to new things
• Confident appearance and a service-oriented attitude
• Very good German skills in spoken and written form; additional languages are an advantage
• Driving licence category B
