For our team of the Bernese Oberland unit, at the locations Thun and Interlaken, we are looking for immediately or by arrangement a

Legal Secretary (80-100%)

Your responsibilities
You work closely with our legal team and gain direct insight into labour law issues and procedures:

• Support of the lawyers in day-to-day business
• Independent correspondence and writing from dictation
• Administrative and organisational tasks in the legal environment
• Management and administration of files as well as coordination of appointments and deadlines
• Telephone enquiries and personal contact with our members
• Collaboration in an organisation characterised by respect, solidarity and professionalism

Your profile

• Commercial training and professional experience in the legal environment
• Interest in labour law and legal practice
• Very good German spoken and written; other languages an advantage 
  (especially Italian and/or Portuguese)
• Responsible, structured and independent working style
• Empathy in dealing with employees seeking help
• Friendly, professional demeanour
