About the job
Media Workshop Specialist 80%
The socio-pedagogical-psychiatric model ward SOMOSA offers a stationary 6- to 12-month intensive treatment programme for female and male adolescents aged 14 to 18 who are experiencing a severe adolescent crisis. The aim of the treatment is to stabilise the clients' personalities to such an extent that they can cope within the existing supportive or substitute socialisation systems upon discharge.
As a recognised listed hospital in the field of child and adolescent psychiatry and as a youth home with a socio-pedagogical mandate, we fulfil both requirements through long-standing, intersystemic collaboration in the specialist fields of social pedagogy, nursing, psychotherapy and work therapy.
We are looking for our day structure (media workshop)
Media Workshop Specialist
with training in social pedagogy, work therapy or psychology
80% immediately or by arrangement
In our multifunctional workshops, we offer clients individual work training tailored specifically to their personal needs. This includes close supervision and professional guidance in dealing with new media as well as accompanying offers to promote social and professional skills.
Within the framework of individual work training, we place special emphasis on the development of work consistency and social competence. Your expertise, empathy, creativity and commitment are crucial in supporting our clients in their personal development.
Without production pressure, you will develop an individual work plan together with the clients. The aim is to enable them to experience daily successes through suitable tasks and clear structures – thus accompanying them step by step on their path to greater independence and participation.
Thanks to your professional competence, as a member of the treatment team you will implement the SOMOSA-specific therapeutic-pedagogical concept together with your colleagues from psychiatric, psychotherapeutic and socio-pedagogical areas.
As a team member, you gladly contribute to an organisational culture characterised by mutual learning as an innovative process, flexibility, openness and transparency, efficient working and yet learning from mistakes.
