The APW Foundation operates the Hofmatt Retirement Centre and the Spitex of the lake communities. As a regional centre of expertise, it combines residential care, assisted living and outpatient services under one roof and ensures needs-based healthcare provision in the municipalities of Weggis, Vitznau and Greppen. Your tasks

• Independent management and collaboration in financial accounting
• Booking and reconciliation of bank accounts as well as cash management
• Recording and preparation of payment orders
• Reconciliation and control of various accounts
• Assistance with monthly and annual financial statements
• Preparation of VAT returns
• Creation and management of training agreements
• Taking on further varied tasks in finance and accounting
• Depending on experience, interest and suitability, there is also the possibility to take on part of the personnel administration

Your profile

• Completed commercial basic training (EFZ)
• Experience as a finance clerk and corresponding further training in finance and accounting are essential
• Very good IT user skills
• Enjoyment of working with numbers and a careful, precise working style
• Good organisational skills and team player
• Sense of responsibility and discretion
