Your tasks – get involved here!

• You coordinate delivery appointments with our customers and ensure smooth planning.
• You create and optimise delivery routes using our merchandise management system.
• You are an important contact person for customers, colleagues and internal departments.
• You keep an overview even with short-term changes and find suitable solutions.
• You perform general administrative tasks and support an efficient daily routine.

Your profile – what you bring

• You have experience in dispatching or a comparable field.
• You are service-oriented, think solution-focused and enjoy customer contact.
• You communicate confidently, friendly and professionally with customers and colleagues.
• You work independently, structured and reliably.
• You have good French language skills in spoken and written form. These are mandatory for the position.
• You convince with your positive attitude, friendly demeanour and ability to work in a team.
