Role:
Our client is an internationally active Swiss technology company in the energy and testing equipment sector. You develop mechanically demanding testing and measurement systems and accompany new solutions from initial engineering to production maturity.
Responsibilities:
Develop mechanical assemblies and complete systems
Create 3D models, drawings, and manufacturing documents
Mechanically and thermally dimension components
Perform strength and FEM calculations
Constructively further develop and standardise products
Coordinate engineering with production, purchasing, and electrical engineering
Qualifications:
Degree in mechanical engineering, mechatronics or further education as a technician HF
Experience in plant or special machine construction
Very good knowledge of 3D CAD and PDM systems
Know-how in materials science and manufacturing technology
Knowledge of FEM, ERP/SAP is an advantage
Good German and English skills
