Customer Service Collaborator/Student 20% (m/f/d)

To strengthen our team in the field of Administration, we are looking for a motivated and committed person as a Customer Service Collaborator, 20%. starting from 01.08.2025, for an indeterminate duration, at the Lausanne site.
Your responsibilities
- You handle customer inquiries and complaints and quickly and easily find solutions.
- You provide comprehensive and competent advice on assortment and service, which includes both our offline and online offerings.
- You place orders for our customers in the online store using a tablet, thus providing a unique and complete shopping experience.
- You are the contact person for complaints and returns in the online store.
- You are an expert regarding our Manor World Mastercard and our loyalty programs.
- You take on general administrative tasks in the back office.
Your profile
- Ideally, you have completed basic training in retail or in the commercial sector.
- You have experience in a similar role, preferably within a Customer Service.
- You are a communicative person and enjoy being in contact with different categories of people.
- You are able to manage a high volume of customers and maintain an overview even in the busiest situations.
- You enjoy working in a team and value a neat presentation and exemplary behavior.
- You have good computer skills and use common Office applications with ease.
- You speak fluent French and preferably have knowledge of another national language.
- You have a clean extract from the debt collection register and a clean criminal record extract.
