Your Tasks

Responsibility for technologically demanding machining tests: You plan and conduct tests for milling, drilling, and threading processes and optimize them. In doing so, you actively contribute to the development of innovative tool solutions.
Analysis and evaluation of test results: You evaluate machining investigations on tools, document your findings, and work closely with Research & Development.
Programming and technical implementation: You create simple components in CAD (Inventor) as well as CNC and CAM programs in collaboration with Research & Development and independently implement new machining concepts.
Taking over your own area of expertise: You take responsibility for specific areas (e.g., microscopy, clamping devices, metrology, etc.) and independently develop them further.
Project responsibility and innovation: You develop auxiliary tools and fixtures, carry out projects within your area of responsibility, and actively contribute to product development projects.
Co-shaping the test center: You manage the infrastructure including the material warehouse and participate in the supervision and training of apprentices and interns.

Your Profile

Technical basic training as a polymechanic EFZ
Several years of professional experience in machining production, on CNC machines with Heidenhain control, mandatory in milling
Basic knowledge in CNC and CAM programming with Mastercam
Motivation to complete part-time further training as a technician HF or mechanical engineer FH after the familiarization phase
Very good German skills in spoken and written form, English skills are an advantage
Precise and detail-oriented working style "passion for precision"

Salary range CHF 66,300 - 78,000 (basis 100%, depending on experience level)
