Do you enjoy successfully connecting people and companies and want to have a direct impact on your clients? Then we are looking for you as a Sales Consultant Permanent Placement. We are currently recruiting staff for the Lugano office.

• You will develop your client portfolio through targeted sales activities and manage it in the long term, building relationships based on trust
• You will manage the entire selection process for permanent positions: from job posting to candidate search, from interviews to selection, up to placement
• You will prepare and present candidate dossiers to clients, ensuring active follow-up until contract conclusion
• Through regular client visits, sales calls and the use of digital tools and professional networks, you will ensure a strong market presence
• You will constantly monitor your commercial activities (KPIs) and ensure the achievement of your individual goals

• Experience in recruiting and building a solid candidate network
• Completed education, preferably in a commercial field or related sector
• Good IT skills and familiarity with digital tools and CRM systems

  Excellent knowledge of Italian; knowledge of German and/or French is a mandatory requirement for this position
