Varioserv AG is a service company in the fields of property management, real estate fiduciary, purchase/sale of properties, new builds and renovations. With a broad portfolio, we manage residential and commercial properties in the German-speaking part of Switzerland. We are looking for a committed and motivated Senior Property Manager (m/f/d) 100% for the Kaiseraugst location, starting immediately or by arrangement.

Your tasks

• Management of your own interesting property portfolio consisting of residential and commercial properties
• Ensuring good data quality and high management standards as well as continuous optimisation of processes
• Organisation and execution of initial lettings
• Support with construction and renovation projects
• Review of annual financial statements, HBK accounts and budget planning
• Handling of conciliation procedures and legal disputes
• Collaboration with accounting and portfolio management

Your profile

• Advanced training as a property manager with a federal diploma
• Several years of professional experience in property management
• Very good knowledge of Swiss tenancy law
• Independent, structured and solution-oriented working style
• Openness to change and solutions
• Strong communication skills and enjoyment in dealing with people
• Very good German language skills in spoken and written form, additional language skills are an advantage
• Confident use of MS Office and experience with property management software
• Driving licence category B
