• You support our clients with daily basic care in their familiar home environment.
• You assist with everyday tasks and promote independence and quality of life.
• You take on individual care tasks and ensure the well-being of our clients.
• You step in flexibly when needed and support our care team in various assignments.
• You recognise changes in health status and pass on important information to the responsible nursing professionals.
• You give our clients security, trust and a piece of quality of life with your warm-hearted manner.

• Completed SRK care assistant course or an equivalent qualification recognised in Switzerland
• Enjoyment in working with elderly and care-dependent people
• Flexibility and willingness to take on different assignments
• A warm-hearted, empathetic and reliable personality
• Independent and responsible way of working
• Good German language skills
• Driving licence and own car
