For the Frauenfeld location (regional) we are looking for a

Construction Foreman: Regional Building Construction

• Management of larger construction sites with several construction teams, pieceworkers and subcontractors
• Qualitatively flawless and timely execution of the work
• Area of operation in industrial, commercial and residential buildings in the cantons of TG, ZH and SH
• Responsibility for compliance with occupational safety and local regulations
• Ensuring plan- and contract-compliant construction execution including the use of modern surveying equipment
• Management of all reporting, including daily, special and hourly reports

• Training as a construction foreman in building construction with a federal certificate or at least an equivalent qualification
• Several years of professional experience on large construction sites
• Leadership qualities, organisational strength and a reliable sense of judgement
• Foreign language skills are an advantage, for example Italian, Portuguese or Spanish
• Strong safety awareness
• Entrepreneurial thinking in leading employees and construction sites as well as high demands on yourself and your team
• Resilient, team-oriented and communicative personality
• Good IT skills, especially in SORBA and MS Office, as well as knowledge in quality management
• Valid driving licence category B
