To complement our team in administration/finance, we are looking for immediately or by arrangement
Employee Administration 60-80%
Your tasks
- general administrative tasks (telephone switchboard, reception)
- recording of reports and services
- assistance with monthly invoicing and accounts payable management
- collaboration in controlling and reporting
- member management and organization of member meetings
- client administration, master data maintenance and management
- close cooperation with care, as well as management and team leadership
- participation in projects for optimization and digitization
