For our location in Thayngen, we are looking for a personality who skilfully manages the day-to-day operations and acts as an important interface between the depot, technical department, purchasing, and administration.

What we expect from you:

In this position, you are not just a team leader or coordinator – you are the right hand of the Country Director and help ensure that daily operations run smoothly.

You coordinate the operational day-to-day business, support organisational matters, and keep an overview even when several issues are running simultaneously. You work closely with the depot team, internal interfaces, and international colleagues.

What you bring with you:

• Technical or craft-based basic training
• Ideally complemented by further technical education (HF, professional certificate or equivalent)
• Experience in a coordinating role with staff management
• Experience working and leading according to KPIs including reporting
• Experience in a dynamic environment with change processes
• Structured, independent, and solution-oriented working style
• Good knowledge of MS Office and ERP systems
• Good English skills, spoken and written
• French skills are an advantage
• Hands-on mentality and enjoyment of a varied daily routine
