• In this exciting role, you will work closely with the nursing team and be responsible for medication management
• You share responsibility for needs- and customer-oriented care and support of patients according to the nursing process
• You help shape and develop the care and support area and actively participate in team meetings, projects, and working groups
• You are the contact person for residents and their relatives as a reference person
• Your area of responsibility is rounded off by administrative documentation

• You have completed training as a Health Specialist EFZ
• You also bring very good German and IT skills
• In addition, you are a resilient, flexible, and communicative personality with precise and reliable working methods and enjoy working in a team
• You possess high professional and social competence
