For our outpatient oncology at the Burgdorf location, we are looking for a
Head of Outpatient Oncology Department (f) 80%
Your tasks - responsible and versatile
- As head of department, you take on the professional, personnel and organisational leadership of our outpatient oncology in Burgdorf and actively shape the quality and development of care
- You implement defined operational standards and nursing processes according to clear guidelines
- You are committed to the further development of nursing and ensure that employees are guided and promoted purposefully both professionally and personally
- You coordinate the achievement of departmental goals and lead your team with foresight and clarity through everyday life
- You ensure safe care and therapy for outpatient oncology patients
You bring with you
- You have a diploma in nursing HF/FH (or an equivalent foreign diploma recognised in Switzerland) and have several years of experience in oncology nursing – ideally complemented by management training or the willingness to complete it.
- Ideally, you have already gained leadership experience in a comparable role
- You are a committed, proactive and open personality with pronounced professional and social competence and know how to inspire, motivate and strengthen your team
- You treat people with respect and appreciation – the well-being of patients is your focus
- You practise your profession with joy, enjoy working in a team and think and act in a networked and service-oriented manner. Interdisciplinary collaboration is important to you.
- You approach conflicts solution-oriented and actively promote the personal responsibility of your employees
- Your profile is rounded off by business understanding, solution-oriented thinking as well as a structured and organised way of working
