Responsibilities

• Leading the hospital directorate staff including the communication team and the hospital council secretariat
• Contact person for legal issues including handling legal cases (especially liability) as well as support in criminal proceedings
• Drafting and coordinating consultations, surveys and statements
• Implementation of the cantonal insurance concept; point of contact for insurance-specific questions
• Ensuring and further developing data protection
• Responsibility for compliance in the ipw
• Close cooperation and support of the CEO, the management and the hospital council in their task completion
• Creating, revising and managing internal legal bases and contracts
• Handling matters of overall operational and strategic importance

Profile

• Completed studies in law
• Integrity and stable personality
• Careful, team-oriented working style and timely task completion
• Resilience, assertiveness and high social competence
• Experience in the Swiss healthcare system, public law and cantonal political processes is an advantage
• Enjoyment of a broad legal field of activity and interdisciplinary collaboration
