About the job
At the Wägelwiesen Retirement and Nursing Centre in Wallisellen/ZH, we offer a home to 118 elderly people requiring light to intensive care. Long-term care, a protected dementia unit, a residential group, 28 retirement apartments, as well as a day and night centre complement our services. For our small care residential group, we are looking by arrangement for a motivated and cheerful personality as
Health or Care Specialist EFZ 70-100% in early and late shifts for our small residential group with 7 residents and an attached day centre
30 minutes paid break per day. 20 minutes in the morning and 10 minutes in the afternoon
Weekend allowances are also paid on Saturdays
Pension fund with an above-average employer contribution of 60%
The varied working day
- Together with your colleagues, you care for 7 residents and day guests, ensuring comprehensive and individual care and support
- In the role of day responsibility, you ensure a structured and resident-oriented daily routine with the well-coordinated team, act as a contact person for relatives and other professional groups, and communicate with the family doctors
- Thanks to your good overview, you recognise changes in condition and emergency situations, provide reassurance, and initiate appropriate measures

Your Profile
- You have successfully completed an apprenticeship as a Care or Health Specialist EFZ
- You see yourself as part of a team and like to take responsibility
- Your daily work is characterised by your loving and competent interaction with our residents, who are at the centre of your thinking and actions
- Good German language skills, spoken and written
