Project Manager HVAC 80 - 100% (m/f/d)

Responsibilities:
- Coordination of HVAC trades with external planners and suppliers
- Management of investment and maintenance projects in building technology
- Monitoring of schedule, quality, and cost targets
- Tendering and management of external planners in SIA phases
- Preparation of concepts and cost proposals
Qualifications:
- Degree as FH engineer or HF technician
- Many years of experience in investment projects in HVAC, ideally in a hospital environment
- Experience with 3D models (BIM), preferably Revit
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Very good German language skills, spoken and written
