The city of Dietikon is the fifth largest municipality in the canton of Zurich and at the same time a dynamic district capital in the Limmat Valley with around 28,000 inhabitants
The city treasury is responsible for all cash transactions in the Dietikon city administration. Due to the retirement of an employee, we are looking for our new colleague from 1 December 2026 or by arrangement as
Your tasks
- Responsible for a large part of the cash transactions of the city administration together with two colleagues
- Sale of various items such as rubbish stamps, SBB day tickets and travel stamps
- Monitoring of the subsidiary cash desks inside and outside the town hall
- Assistance with processing invoices in the creditor workflow
- Reconciliation of the clearing account of the property accounting
- Full representation during absences of other city treasury employees and willingness to temporarily work a full workload
Your profile
- Commercial basic training
- Reliable, precise way of working
- Good PC user skills (Office)
- A flair for numbers
- Good manners in dealing with our customers
