Baumanufaktur AG operates in high-quality and individual interior fitting and realises projects for gastronomy, hospitality and private clients.

In our own joinery, we manufacture furniture, customised fittings and interior fitting solutions. We accompany our projects from production to on-site assembly and coordinate the trades necessary for implementation.

Our company is growing and continuously developing. With the expansion of our own production, we want to cover even more services internally in the future and at the same time further develop and make our processes more efficient. Good work preparation, well-thought-out constructions, modern planning tools and clear production processes play an important role in this.

To strengthen our team, we are looking for a Joiner EFZ who enjoys practical work and at the same time is interested in developing towards technical construction planning and AVOR. There is the prospect of taking on responsibility for the further development of our joinery and its processes and thus actively contributing to the future orientation of our production area.

Your tasks

Production & Assembly

• Manufacture of furniture, fittings and individual interior fitting solutions
• Independent processing of wood and wood-based materials
• Implementation of workshop drawings and technical specifications
• Assembly of manufactured work on site
• Control of execution and quality during production and assembly

Technology & Construction

• Participation in the development of constructive and technical solutions
• Support with measurements, material clarifications and work preparation
• Bringing your practical experience into technical planning
• Gradual familiarisation with CAD, workshop drawings and construction planning

Your profile

• Completed training as a Joiner EFZ
• Enjoyment of furniture making and interior fitting
• Experience in production and assembly is an advantage
• Technical understanding and interest in construction
• Independent and precise way of working
• Quality awareness and willingness to take responsibility
• Interest in professional development
• Good German language skills
• Driving licence category B; category BE is an advantage

CAD skills are an advantage but not a requirement.
