Your tasks
- Together with the head of the secretariat, you are responsible for the administrative activities of the communication position.
- You organize media briefings, send out press releases, and coordinate media inquiries.
- You edit texts and publish contributions on internal and external communication channels (including social media).
- You contribute to maintaining content in the content management system (CMS) of the city website.
- You support compliance with corporate design guidelines.
- You occasionally fulfill photography assignments.
- You assist the head of communication with his administrative tasks.
Your profile
- You have completed a commercial vocational training (EFZ, 3 to 4 years) with further education in the communication field.
- You bring several years of professional experience in administration.
- Absolute stylistic confidence in the German language, especially for text editing, is one of your strengths.
- You have solid practical experience with today's communication tools as well as in the content management system (CMS).
- Confident handling of photography and social media is desired.
- You are interested in the concerns of the population, politics, and administration of the city of Lucerne.
- High resilience even in hectic situations, flexibility in organizing your workday, and teamwork skills characterize you.
