• Together with the nursing management, you lead a motivated and collegial team
• You represent nursing in interdisciplinary meetings
• As the person responsible for the day, you coordinate activities and daily planning
• You actively participate in nursing care
• Together with the nursing management, you share responsibility for the professional leadership of the department
• You actively contribute to change processes and promote a constructive work culture
• You represent the nursing management in their absence

• Training as a certified nurse HF/FH
• Ideally, you already have leadership experience
• You have high social competence, organizational skills, and think solution-oriented
• With your high resilience and independence, you actively contribute to the development of a future-oriented rehab clinic and are passionately committed to our patients
