- Together with the nursing management, you lead a motivated and collegial team
- You represent nursing in interdisciplinary meetings
- As the person responsible for the day, you coordinate activities and daily planning
- You actively participate in nursing care
- Together with the nursing management, you share responsibility for the professional leadership of the department
- You actively contribute to change processes and promote a constructive work culture
- You represent the nursing management in their absence
Your profile
- Training as a certified nurse HF/FH
- Ideally, you already have leadership experience
- You have high social competence, organizational skills, and think solution-oriented
- With your high resilience and independence, you actively contribute to the development of a future-oriented rehab clinic and are passionately committed to our patients
