Recruitment Assistant Intern (M/F)
Are you seeking a first professional experience as part of your university / HES studies or after your degree? Or are you looking for a gap year before continuing your studies with a Master’s?
If you enjoy action, are keen to satisfy your clients, and are results-oriented, then you will feel at ease in our recruitment team composed of 5 people, one intern and one apprentice.
We ideally expect you from mid-July for a duration of 1 year.

YOU HAVE
- A higher education qualification in progress or recently obtained.
- A strong interest in the recruitment field.
- A strong client and solution orientation.
- Good interpersonal skills, an ability to connect and create quality relationships.
- A willingness to learn, curiosity, and proactivity.
- A sense of mutual aid and service as well as adaptability.
- Flexibility, a sense of responsibility, and good organisation.
YOUR OBJECTIVES
- Analyse and sort application files.
- Publish job offers on various channels.
- Manage postal mail and the recruitment service’s email inbox.
- Create visuals (presentations and flyers).
- Ensure physical and telephone reception of candidates.
- Support employer brand development aspects (research, best practices, visuals, benchmarking, etc.) and various projects.
- Support organisation and participate in recruitment events.
