Would you like to make a relevant contribution to a sustainable healthcare system through sound health economic research? At the Winterthur Institute of Health Economics at ZHAW, you will develop evidence-based solutions for current issues in the Swiss healthcare system.
Department: School of Management and Law
Start date: Immediately or by arrangement
- You lead and work on applied research projects on health economic issues from methodology development to data analysis
- You write meaningful research reports and scientific articles
- You develop convincing project proposals and actively contribute your ideas to new initiatives
- You engage in teaching and continuing education offerings and pass on your knowledge in a practical manner
- You discuss, refine, and reflect on ideas and results within the team and act as a professional sparring partner
- Completed master's degree, ideally with a doctorate, in economics
- Strong enthusiasm for health economic issues and their practical application
- Experience in acquisition, conception, and management of applied research projects
- Professional experience in healthcare and/or applied research, preferably in the Swiss context
- Analytical, conceptual, and at the same time creative thinking as well as an independent, responsible working style
- Solid knowledge in the application of statistical methods and common statistical software
- Very good written and oral communication skills in German and English
