Would you like to make a relevant contribution to a sustainable healthcare system through sound health economic research? At the Winterthur Institute of Health Economics at ZHAW, you will develop evidence-based solutions for current issues in the Swiss healthcare system.

Start date: Immediately or by arrangement

• You lead and work on applied research projects on health economic issues from methodology development to data analysis
• You write meaningful research reports and scientific articles
• You develop convincing project proposals and actively contribute your ideas to new initiatives
• You engage in teaching and continuing education offerings and pass on your knowledge in a practical manner
• You discuss, refine, and reflect on ideas and results within the team and act as a professional sparring partner
• Completed master's degree, ideally with a doctorate, in economics
• Strong enthusiasm for health economic issues and their practical application
• Experience in acquisition, conception, and management of applied research projects
• Professional experience in healthcare and/or applied research, preferably in the Swiss context
• Analytical, conceptual, and at the same time creative thinking as well as an independent, responsible working style
• Solid knowledge in the application of statistical methods and common statistical software
• Very good written and oral communication skills in German and English
