- Planning as well as construction and project management for the construction, maintenance, and expansion of roads, squares, water supply facilities, and wastewater disposal systems
- Preparation of documents, writing reports
- Budget responsibility in the assigned areas
- Participation in commissions
- Personnel management in the assigned area
- Basic technical training in construction with a higher degree (certified engineer FH, certified construction technician HF or equivalent)
- Several years of professional experience, preferably in a municipal administration/NPO or also in the private sector
- Leadership experience
- Good knowledge in project management (planning procedures, procurement, etc.)
- Networked thinking, high flexibility and resilience
- Enjoyment of teamwork and flair for political processes
