This position therefore combines occupational medical issues with direct general medical patient care. Your task
You conduct workplace analyses, occupational medical examinations, and preventive check-ups in accordance with legal requirements. You professionally assess work-related health risks and derive appropriate preventive measures. You advise employees and managers on occupational medical issues, health protection, and prevention. You develop and implement health and safety programmes in collaboration with the Corporate Health management. Additionally, you undertake general medical and emergency medical consultations in the walk-in clinic at the Novartis Campus.
Your profile
You hold a specialist title in occupational medicine and have at least 2 years of professional experience in outpatient primary care. You enjoy combining occupational medical issues with general medical work in a walk-in clinic. Interdisciplinary collaboration as well as advising employees, managers, and other stakeholders is natural for you. Very good German and English skills; a category B driving licence is an advantage.
