The Suhr Building Administration is responsible for the approval process, environmental protection, the organisation of civil engineering and structural engineering works, public properties, the building office, the swimming pool, and the housekeeping services. The local municipality owns numerous facilities and installations.

Your tasks

• Responsibility for the entire real estate portfolio
• Technical and commercial building management
• Budgeting of property maintenance
• Management of rental matters for municipally owned properties
• Participation in commissions
• Preparation of minutes

Your requirements

• Professional training in construction and basic commercial knowledge
• Further training in property management is an advantage
• Independent and responsible way of working
• Good oral and written expression
• Enjoyment in contact with the public, authorities, and professionals
