Your own mandates – and clients who know you by name

We provide services in accounting, payroll, taxes and consulting – primarily for agricultural businesses and trades in the region. To strengthen our team, we are looking for someone who takes on their own mandates, manages them independently and develops them further together with us.

Your area of responsibility

• You independently handle accounting and tax mandates
• You are the first point of contact for your clients for general trustee matters
• You advise on business issues, pension provision and tax planning
• You contribute your experience to the further development of our processes

Your profile

• A commercial or agricultural basic education
• An ongoing or completed further education in finance and accounting or in agricultural business (e.g. further education with a professional trustee certificate)
• Several years of professional experience in fiduciary services are an advantage but not mandatory
• An accurate, efficient way of working and enjoyment of direct client contact
• A connection to agriculture – if you do not have this yet, we will familiarise you with the specifics of agricultural accounting

• Your own portfolio of mandates, which you will manage independently after training
• Short decision-making paths: You speak directly with management, not through three hierarchical levels
• 80 – 100%, flexible working hours
• 5 weeks holiday, 6 weeks from age 60
• Further education up to the federal diploma: We contribute to the costs and give you working time
• Workplace in Riedholz, a few minutes from Solothurn, parking available
