In terms of succession planning, we are looking for a Head of Heating/Cooling Department at the Bern location with immediate effect or by arrangement.Head of Heating/Cooling Department (m/f/d)
What you can achieve with us.
As a profit centre manager, you take full responsibility for the heating-cooling trade in the Aare-Dom region (Bern, Solothurn, Upper Valais). You lead the team in close collaboration with your deputy and the installation manager and actively develop the area further.
- Strategic and operational management of the area
- Active customer acquisition and maintenance of direct business
- Development of new market potentials in Solothurn and Valais
- Further development of the team and promotion of a positive corporate culture
- Ensuring quality, efficiency and economic success
- Collaboration with other trades within EQUANS to develop holistic solutions
What defines you.
- "Technically strong, personally convincing"
- Technical training and further education in heating (HF or FH)
- Several years of leadership and project management experience in building technology
- Proven success in acquisition and customer care
- Entrepreneurial thinking and high personal responsibility
- Strong communication skills, team orientation and willingness to shape
- Willingness to be regionally mobile (Bern, Solothurn, Valais)
