The Flury Foundation ensures comprehensive and integrated healthcare in Prättigau with more than 600 employees at Schiers Hospital, the three nursing homes Schiers, Jenaz and Klosters, Spitex, assisted living, the nursery, parental counselling and the Medical Centre Klosters.Do you like variety in your work areas? To strengthen our personnel pool, we are looking for a committed and independent Health Specialist EFZ 40 - 80% from 1 September 2026.
Your area of responsibility includes:
› Flexible assignments in at least two of our care areas (Spitex, homes, hospital)
› Ensuring high-quality care and support
› Collaboration with changing teams and specialist departments
› Support during staff shortages and short-term absences
› Planning your assignments in the respective areas
Your profile:
› Completed training as a Health Specialist EFZ
› High self-organisation and personal responsibility
› Flexibility, resilience and ability to work in a team
› Enjoyment of varied assignments
