About the job
Managing a team of several employees engaged in the production of our medical needles and subcontracted products, the team leader must adjust and maintain various fixtures as well as production machines such as lathes, drills, milling machines, in order to organise the work of their team. Furthermore, they actively participate in the development of production tooling and operating procedures. They manage the orders assigned to them by allocating their team’s resources accordingly, to ensure deadlines and quality levels are met in agreement with the production manager. This is a meticulous, demanding and varied job, evolving in an ISO 13485 quality environment, requiring the skills of a precision mechanic with a Federal VET Diploma and corresponding experience.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Management of orders assigned to the team
- Management of team resources (fixtures, machines, human resources)
- Development of tooling (fixtures, assembly tables)
- Adjustment and maintenance of machine tools
CONDITIONS:
- Federal VET Diploma as precision mechanic / micromechanic or equivalent
- Sense of organisation and order
- Availability: to be agreed
