Workload: 20%
Workplace: Realta Correctional Facility, Cazis
Start date: by agreement
Tasks
• Accompanying people in custody through pastoral individual and
group conversations
• Organizing church services
• Occasional crisis interventions
• Maintaining contact with the care staff
Requirements
• Completed theological studies
• Further training in specialized pastoral care (e.g., CAS in pastoral care in penal and
measures enforcement, in CPT or LOS) or willingness to complete such training
• Professional experience in church work and ecumenical openness
• Sociability, careful handling of other people, empathy,
resilience, loyalty, confidentiality, ability to work in a team
• Willingness to participate in regular supervision and further training
