To strengthen our team, we are looking for a dynamic and experienced individual as Setter Assembly in 3-Shift(m/f/d).

Responsibilities

• Independent operation of the trained assembly machines according to the operating instructions, work instructions and SOP
• Ensuring production quantities and quality according to GMP guidelines
• Order processing and documentation of production orders
• Troubleshooting of machines and refilling of components
• Setting up material for order changes
• Carrying out line clearance
• Responsible for cleanliness and order at the workplace
• Ensuring operational readiness by cleaning the machines
• Taking samples according to specifications
• Labelling and packaging the produced parts according to specifications
• Storing the produced parts at the designated location
• Taking on general tasks according to the instructions of the supervisors
• Reporting deviations and irregularities to the supervisors
• Passing on information during shift handover

Qualifications

• Good mechanical understanding and technical flair
• Good German skills in spoken and written form
• Skillful handling of small parts
• Precise, attentive and efficient working method
• Team player and committed
• Experience in a production environment ISO 8 & GMP
