Your tasks
- Further development and implementation of the nationwide training and talent management strategy
- Quality assurance, evaluation and continuous further development as well as expansion of the training and development curriculum
- Overall responsibility for vocational education including professional and disciplinary leadership of the vocational training specialist
- Design, introduction and further development of modern learning, development and training formats for employees and managers
- Overall responsibility for the quality and integration of industry-specific training formats (e.g. Art. 32)
- Close cooperation with line management, HR and executive management to define and control company-wide competence development
- Management of external education providers as well as building and maintaining relevant educational and industry partnerships
- Participation in vocational education events and active representation of Vebego AG towards external stakeholders
- Development of reporting, key figures and impact measurements to control and further develop personnel development and training measures
- Overall responsibility for the operational training business including management and further development of the Learning Management System (LMS)
- Advising employees and managers on further training issues including decision support and contractual design
Your profile
- Completed studies in HR, adult education, psychology or a comparable qualification
- Several years of experience in personnel development, training & development and/or vocational education, ideally in a large, decentralised organisation
- Experience in the service, industrial or facility management environment is an advantage
- Strong strategic thinking combined with high implementation and pragmatism skills
- Very good communication and stakeholder management skills across various hierarchical levels
- Business fluent German, good knowledge of French is an advantage
- High personal responsibility, willingness to travel and enjoyment of working in a multilingual environment
- Sound knowledge of the Swiss education and vocational training system as well as experience in dealing with different training paths and funding logics
