Logistics Team Leader
Logistics - Shipping Centre (eCommerce) | Lucerne | 80% - 100% | from 01.09.2026 or by arrangement
Your tasks
- Accompanying, guiding, promoting and supporting employees with psychological and/or cognitive impairments in the sheltered workplace as well as in vocational integration programmes
- Responsibility as a key contact person for the assigned employees
- Timely and qualitatively flawless processing of customer orders in cooperation with employees
- Responsibility for the training of apprentices in logistics (PrA and EBA level)
- Direct customer and supplier contact to coordinate orders
Your profile
- Completed training as a logistics specialist EFZ
- Qualification as a vocational trainer or willingness to obtain one
- Further training as a work educator or comparable qualification is an advantage
- Experience in dealing with people with disabilities
- Communicative, thoughtful and forward-looking personality who keeps an overview even in demanding situations
- Strong team spirit, sense of responsibility, humour, resilience and organisational skills Proficient use of MS Office applications
