For our client in the Solothurn region, we are looking for a Customer Advisor 100% (m/f/d) for a fixed-term project of approximately 6 to 7 weeks.

Type of Work

• Advising customers at the end of the process
• Explaining further procedures and options
• Information on repair possibilities on site
• Contact person for questions regarding the process

Requirements Profile

• Enjoyment of personal customer contact and advising
• Very good knowledge of German
• Knowledge of Italian is an advantage
• Experience in the automotive sector, insurance industry or a comparable function is an advantage
• Open, communicative and customer-oriented manner
• Independent and reliable working style
• Motivated career changers welcome

• Duration of assignment approximately 6 to 7 weeks
• Working hours usually between 08:00 and 17:00
