To strengthen our team, we are immediately looking for a Chief Competence Center (CCC) Knowledge Management

Your Responsibilities

• The CCC role is carried out in cooperation with HR management

• Operation of the Competence Center

• Technical leadership of the team (currently 6 members)

• Further development of the offering

• Further development of our Skill Portal software

• Definition of use cases

• Project management

• Systems engineering

• Customer integration projects

• Creation and maintenance of skill matrix

• Member of the knowledge board

• Sales support

• Presentations to customers

• Marketing contributions

• Optimizations in the entire knowledge organization

• Project management of development and engineering projects

Your Qualifications

• Completed technical/economic studies

• Several years of experience in project management of development or engineering projects

• Experience in leadership and coaching is an advantage

• Experience in talent management is an advantage

• Passion for implementing a culture of improvement

• Very good German and very good English skills
