YOUR TASKS

• Scheduling and controlling all production orders in the ERP system Proalpha
• Daily checking and monitoring of production orders and purchased parts scheduled too late
• Interface between group leaders, purchasing and customer service
• Contact person for scheduling enquiries for production
• Determining priorities in case of overload
• Rescheduling and replanning of production orders
• Recording and adjusting capacity in the ERP system
• Optimising and continuously reviewing and adjusting planning-relevant master data
• Early detection of capacity bottlenecks

YOUR PROFESSIONAL AND PERSONAL PROFILE

• Experience in the PPS area
• Completed technical vocational training and further training as a technician TS in business processes
• Good user knowledge of ERP systems
• Reliable and resilient personality with a structured and forward-looking way of working
• Solution-oriented and networked thinking
• Strong organisational and coordination skills
• Assertive, resilient and an absolute team player
