Our company operates in the industrial service sector for the operation and maintenance of infrastructure facilities and energy distribution networks, serving customers from various industries including pharmaceuticals and chemicals. We assist our customers in reducing their CO2 footprint and energy consumption. For this purpose, we rely on technically innovative solutions that we implement in the interest of environmental protection. Our company employs around 70 staff.

Technical Salesperson 80-100% (Resourcer*)
Job description
In this position, you will be responsible for identifying and developing new market opportunities as well as establishing (cold calling) and maintaining customer relationships.
You will develop a local network of potential new customers and sell innovative solutions in resource management (including improving asset lifecycle, optimizing energy consumption, water reuse, waste recovery), always keeping in mind the alignment with our sustainability goals. In close collaboration with the technical and commercial teams, you will make Veolia solutions known in the market. Through intensive cooperation with the technical and commercial departments, you will present Veolia solutions in the market.
Your analytical skills will be utilized in continuous market observation (market trends and competition) and analyzing regional needs in energy, water, and waste management. As the “face” of our company, you will represent us at local and regional events and actively build a network of strategic partnerships.
Qualifications
For this demanding position, you ideally bring a Bachelor’s degree in Energy and Environmental Engineering from FHNW or an equivalent qualification. Initial experience in the industry, where you have already implemented technical optimization projects, or experience in business development in the technical field, as well as a good local network, distinguish you. You communicate fluently in German; knowledge of English or French is a significant advantage. With your strong communication and negotiation skills, independent working style, and hands-on mentality, you will significantly contribute to success, reflected in revenue growth, new customer acquisition, and the sustainability and resource efficiency of our projects.
