Your area of responsibility 

• Technical planning, support, and execution of high-quality events 

• Setup and dismantling of event technology for the mentioned events 

• Quotation preparation and service provider management, logistics planning 

• Close cooperation with the hotel and the end customer 

• Ensuring quality standards 

Your profile 

• Training as a specialist in event technology, event management assistant (with AV media technology knowledge), or equivalent professional experience in event technology or related professions 

• Customer-oriented and responsible working style 

• Teamwork skills 

• Strong communication skills 

• High level of commitment 

• Flexibility regarding working hours 

• MS Office knowledge 

• Very good German language skills 

• Neat appearance 

• Valid driving licence
