Your tasks:
- Reception, telephone service and general customer support
- Handling administrative and organisational tasks
- Creating correspondence according to specifications
- Preparing quotations, contracts, presentations, etc.
- Organising events and functions
- Managing and ordering consumables
- Processing monthly and expense reports
- Assisting with project management in various industry software solutions with address management
Your profile:
- Commercial training
- IT affinity with very good MS Office skills
- Confident German language skills
- Quick comprehension
- Solution-oriented thinking
- Experience in construction secretariat an advantage
- Neat appearance
