Working Student / Practice-Integrated Bachelor's Degree PiBS Internship (40-60%)

You have successfully completed your Matura and want to kickstart your career? Do you want to apply your analytical skills in practice and gain valuable insights into the exciting world of online retail? Then you are exactly right with us!

We offer you the opportunity to take your first steps into the working world as a team member alongside your studies, gain valuable experience in e-commerce, and develop both professionally and personally. To get to know our processes, tools, and departments better, you will start with a higher workload before your studies, which we can adjust flexibly at the beginning of your studies so that you can optimally combine education and work. The dynamic development of our online shop offers you the chance to gain diverse experiences and get to know different areas over the four years, rather than being limited to a fixed focus from the start. As an SME, we offer you the chance to work flexibly, take on various tasks, and thus develop a solid understanding of the world of e-commerce.

Possible areas of responsibility

New Business Development

• Participation in diverse projects in business development
• Analysis and research on market trends and developments
• Preparation of decision-making bases for key players
• Regular data analyses for the further development of our sales and assortment strategies

Sales and Marketing Management

• Planning and assisting in sales-promoting measures
• Analysis and optimization of product prices (Product pricing)
• Management of the GONSER Outlet Store

Operations Management

• Assistance in exciting projects in sourcing and supply chain
• Support in collaboration with international suppliers
• Optimization of inventory (liquidation decisions)
• Creation of optimal shipping plans
• Support in the operational daily business in purchasing

What is important to us

• You have (almost) completed your Matura and plan to pursue a part-time study in industrial engineering, business administration, or comparable fields
• You are passionate about e-commerce, excited about economic connections, and have always wanted to know what lies behind a successful online shop
• Your pronounced numerical flair and strong analytical thinking set you apart
• You can critically question facts and like to contribute your own ideas
• You have good written and oral communication skills in German and English
