To strengthen our team, we are looking for a committed individual as
Refining Operator (m/f/d) 100% in 3-Shift Operation
Your main tasks:
- You operate, monitor, and maintain various refining plants
- You produce according to ERP order specifications, method instructions, and work instructions
- You monitor and document process parameters as well as production processes
- You carry out quality and process controls according to specifications
- You assist with cleaning, product changes, and plant conversions
- You report malfunctions, deviations, and suggestions for improvement
- You consistently adhere to GMP, QM, safety, hygiene, and environmental guidelines
- You work in a 3-shift system with occasional seasonal weekend shifts
Your profile:
- Completed technical or food technology vocational training (EFZ), e.g. food technologist, meat specialist, baker/confectioner, plant operator, chemical or pharmaceutical technologist, or a comparable qualification
- Experience in a production company in the food, chemical, or pharmaceutical industry is an advantage
- Good technical understanding and quick comprehension
- Experience with process control systems
- Forklift licence is an advantage
- Reliable, independent, and responsible working style
- Team spirit, flexibility, and strong communication skills
- Good German language skills, both spoken and written
